Ickler manufactures the parts we sell.* What that means for customers is that if we don’t have a part in stock, it can be made quickly and delivered in hours. Other companies offering high-pressure pump service think waiting for parts for days, weeks, or even months is acceptable. Not us. Ickler will do everything in our power to minimize our customers down time.

*We do not manufacture oil, oil pumps, packings, etc., but we do keep them in stock to minimize down time!

Another difference you will see when you call Ickler is that our technicians come prepared. We try to avoid making a service call just to assess the problem. In our pre-service interview, Ickler will take time to understand what machine you have, and what problems you are experiencing. From there, the service vehicle is restocked with parts specific to your machine and your possible needs. Ickler takes pride in being able to make necessary repairs in one trip.

Immediate access to all the necessary tools and technology needed to service and repair HPP machines ensures we can get the job done quickly and correctly. Sometimes a high-pressure pump will have worn beyond the point of repairing it on-site. In cases like this, our Ickler field service technician will remove the worn parts from your machine, return to our shop, have our expert machinists rebuild the parts, and then return and reinstall them for you.

A word about aftermarket parts. As with many machines and devices, occasionally there are better parts available than came on the machine originally. In much the same way as a person would put better suspension components in their car, or a better video card in their computer, Ickler builds many parts that exceed the quality of parts provided by the manufacturer. In most cases, Ickler can provide superior parts, with shorter lead times, and at a lower price. 

Working Within Your Budget

Ickler prides itself on our willingness and committment to working within your budget. Many of our customers have financial constraints either imposed by a corporate policy or simply a shortage of funds. Our HPP technicians will work with you, examining alternatives to a complete overhaul. Putting a worn machine back into service is not ideal, and sometimes it isn’t possible to get a pump operating again without replacing parts, so Ickler will help you explore all the possibilities which fit within your budget, to come up with a solution you can be happy with.
